This simple lingonberry nice cream is one of my all-time favorites; a perfect dairy-free ice cream.
Lingonberries are an arctic delicacy that I know are not well known everywhere. That is a true shame. Lingonberries are one of the most impressive superfoods; I wish you all could have access to them wherever you live.
Lingonberries are cultivated in the US and at least frozen berries should be available. The Finnish and Swedish lingonberries are always picked in the wild.
