Vegan oat pancakes are made only with 4 ingredients to make your slowly mornings sweet and delicious.

Pancakes are the best way to start a new day. In summer the pancake stacks are topped with strawberries and other fresh seasonal ingredients.

Picture this:

An old rustic table under an apple tree covered with a tablecloth that colors’ the sun has weathered a little. The cloth is held on the table by a huge vase of wild flowers you have picked from the meadow nearby the very same morning.
The light summer breeze feels warm on the skin, and there is that gorgeous scent of mown grass in the air. It’s all quite; you can hear only bees buzzing around flowers.
You are sitting at that table all alone before your family wakes up and enjoying the silence and the sun before it gets too hot to stay in direct sunlight with a huge mug of coffee in your hand.

Oh, what a dream!

Vegan Oat Pancakes - 4 Ingredients

Easy and delicious 4-ingredient oat pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat yogurt
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1,5 teaspoon baking powder
  • coconut oil for baking

Instructions

  • Measure all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Let the batter to set in room temperature for about half an hour before baking the pancakes.
  • Heat a pancake pan on low-medium temperature. Oil the pan before pouring the batter into it. Bake for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Tips

You can use any (plant) yogurt and any (plant) milk to make these oat pancakes.
If you don’t have a blender (or even if you do) just replace the oats with oat flour.

      Oat yogurt and milk are plant-based substitutes for dairy made with outs. I'm not sure about their availability in the US but in northern Europe, you can find them in all grocery stores. Just use some other plant-based products if you can find them. 🙂
