Fresh mocktails, the unalcoholic cocktails are the new black of beverages. You just need a bit of an imagination to turn your favorite drinks into healthy booze-free versions. Try this simple mojito mocktail.
I love mojitos but I’m not a big drinker of alcohol containing beverages and I don’t think it’s even that good for you to drink alcohol every day, though they do say a glass of red a day keeps a doctor away.
I do like red wine too..
Or was it an apple..?
Well, mint is good for you, lime is good for you and water for sure is very good for you! Those three are the core ingredients of a mojito mocktail.

- a handful of fresh mint
- sparkling water
- Squeeze the lime juice into a glass.
