Chocolate Hazelnut Date Truffles

cacao powder
Instructions
Measure all the ingredients to be ready to use.
Pit the dates.
Put the hazelnuts in a food processor and grind until broken but not flour yet.
Add the pitted dates and the cacao powder into the food processor.
Blend until a sort of a ball forms.
With your hand, form small bliss balls of the mixture, about one tablespoon in size.
Roll the truffles in cacao powder or in berry powder and unsweetened, shredded coconut.
Store in fridge for up to a week.
