Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Peel the bananas, add to a medium-sized mixing bowl, and use a fork to mash them.
Add the melted coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla, and cardamom to the bowl and lightly mix together.
Next, add in the oats and blueberries. Mix well.
Pour the mix into your prepared pan and use a spoon or spatula to spread it out to the edges.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until it’s golden brown and crispy on top.
