Peppermint Stracciatella Nice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen banana
- ⅓ cup almond milk
- a few drops of edible peppermint oil
- 4 tablespoon cacao nibs
Instructions
- Measure bananas, almond milk and peppermint oil in a blender. Pulse until the nice cream is silky and creamy
- Add the cacao nibs and pulse for a few more moments.
- Serve immediately.
