Measure all the ingredients in a thick bottomed pot.
Put the pot on a stove on high heat and bring the porridge to boil constantly stirring. Oatmeal - or coconut milk to be exact - sticks to the pot bottom really quick once it's close to boiling.
As soon as the porridge starts to boil turn off the stove and cover to pot with a lid. Leave to sit occationally stirring for about 10 minutes.
Tips
Cooking the oats slowly on the lowest heat possible makes the porridge extra creamy and silky.
