Measure all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Let the batter to set in room temperature for about half an hour before baking the pancakes.
Heat a pancake pan on low-medium temperature. Oil the pan before pouring the batter into it. Bake for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Tips
You can use any (plant) yogurt and any (plant) milk to make these oat pancakes. If you don’t have a blender (or even if you do) just replace the oats with oat flour.
