Preheat your oven to 150ºC / 300ºF. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix the oats, pecans, cashews, almonds, and Ceylon cinnamon in a large bowl.
In a measuring cup, mix the melted coconut oil with the applesauce. Pour it over top of the dry ingredients and mix well.
Spread the oat mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it out into an even layer. Place it in the oven and roast for 30 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when it’s fragrant and golden-brown.
Remove the granola from the oven and leave it to cool completely. Break it up and pour the apple granola into a large bowl and mix in the raisins and dried apple.
