Vegan Oat Pancakes - 4 Ingredients

Easy and delicious 4-ingredient oat pancakes.
  • 1 cup oat yogurt
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1,5 tsp baking powder
  • coconut oil for baking
  1. Measure all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Let the batter to set in room temperature for about half an hour before baking the pancakes.
  2. Heat a pancake pan on low-medium temperature. Oil the pan before pouring the batter into it. Bake for 2-3 minutes on each side.
You can use any (plant) yogurt and any (plant) milk to make these oat pancakes.
If you don’t have a blender (or even if you do) just replace the oats with oat flour.
