Licorice Overnight Oats with Raspberry Jam

  • ½ cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tsp licorice powder
  • 1 tbsp lucuma (can be substituted with maple syrup)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the almond milk and stir.
  3. Let to set for 20 minutes, stir well again and put in the fridge overnight.
